"Tracking Was Frustrating"
My order did eventually show up, but the whole tracking process was a mess. They make it seem like you’ll get clear updates, but in reality it just sat there stuck for days with no useful info. Then out of nowhere it switched to “out for delivery” the same day it arrived. I kept checking because I had no idea what was going on. The product itself was fine, but the delivery updates definitely didn’t match what was promised.

"Decent experience, but the exchange options felt limited"
The exchange options were available, which I appreciated, but they felt a bit limited for what I ordered. Compared to some other places I’ve shopped, I expected a little more flexibility. Support did get back to me, though it took longer than I was hoping. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

"Decent look, frustrating to use"
The site looks okay overall. Clean enough. But actually using it was kind of annoying. Pages loaded slowly, and the filters didn’t really work the way I expected. I spent way too long trying to find what I needed. Not the smoothest experience.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s getting frustrating. The way everything was worded made it sound like the refund would be quick and straightforward, but that definitely hasn’t been my experience. I wouldn’t have expected this much waiting around.

"Took way too long to hear back"
I’m giving a low rating because the replies were just really slow when I actually needed help. I reached out about a billing issue sometime around the 12th or 13th, I think, and then didn’t hear anything back for several days.

It wasn’t like I expected an instant answer, but I was stuck waiting and checking my email over and over, which got frustrating. By the time they finally responded, maybe four or five days later, I’d already had to figure out part of it on my own.
Maybe other people have had a better experience, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but for me the support didn’t feel very helpful. The main problem was just the waiting around with no clear update.

"Most of What I Needed Was Sold Out Again"
I stopped by hoping to pick up my usual items, but once again, most of the things I needed were out of stock. It’s frustrating to make the trip and leave without half my list. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation, discount, or credit would be fair for the repeated inconvenience

I ordered the wrong item by mistake, I ended up having to ask for a refund. I was a little worried at first, but customer support got back to me after about a day and let me know what they needed from my side. It definitely wasn’t instant, it took a few days before the money showed back up, but they did follow through. Not the fastest process, but fair enough overall. 4 stars.

There were decent choices available, and overall I had a good experience. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer so I knew exactly what to do without having to figure things out on my own...

"A Little Snug, But Still Good"
The sizing was a bit snug on me, not a huge deal though. It still worked fine and I was able to wear it, but yeah, just something to keep in mind. Overall it did the job, I just probably would’ve liked a slightly roomier fit

"Just couldn’t get the fit right"
I really wanted this harness to work, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful for me. Adjusting it felt like way more of a hassle than it should’ve been, and even after I spent a while messing with the straps, it still didn’t sit right. The straps kept loosening as I tried to use it, and the sizing just felt kind of off overall. Maybe it works better for someone with a different build, but for me, it wasn’t worth the effort and I eventually just gave up on it.

"Didn’t look quite like the photos"
I gave it 2 stars because, to me, the product photos made it look a lot nicer than what I ended up receiving. The color was close, but the material in person didn’t have that smooth, polished look it seemed to have on the site. It’s not like it’s completely unusable, but I was expecting something that looked more like the photos on the product page. I think more realistic lighting or a few actual customer photos would make a big difference. Personally, it just felt a little misleading.

"Checkout Felt a Little Sketchy"
I was going to place an order, but I got a bit unsure once I got to checkout. My browser showed some odd warnings, and the payment page just didn’t feel totally secure to me. Maybe it was nothing, but I didn’t feel comfortable entering my card info, so I backed out. Just didn’t seem worth the risk

"Not Really Worth the Price"
I was disappointed with this. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot nicer or at least a bit more special, but what I got was really basic. It didn’t feel like the quality matched what I paid. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but I kept thinking I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. I really wanted to like it, so it was frustrating to feel like I wasted my money.

"Shipping Felt Weirdly Slow"
The shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and it barely moved for days, which made me a little suspicious about what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Frustrating experience, and I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Plain packaging, no issues"
Package showed up in plain wrapping. No weird labels or anything, which I appreciated. It did take an extra day to get here. Not a big deal though. Everything was fine once it arrived

"I was let down by the..."
I was let down by the size options. A lot of the items seemed to jump over the regular in between sizes so finding something that would actually fit was way harder than it should be. I ended up leaving the site kind of annoyed.

"Product Info Was Too Vague"
I only got as far as looking through the product pages, this is where it got annoying. The descriptions all kind of blended together and didn’t really tell me what I needed to know. I couldn’t figure out what was actually included, and the sizing info wasn’t clear either. If I’m going to place an order, I need more than a few vague blurbs and a bunch of guessing. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
